Since the violent deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and others shed new light on racism - including in the workplace - many corporate leaders have been compelled to speak up. This has led employers to reevaluate their diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and view them as a must-have rather than a nice-to-have initiative.
